The room is strictly a puzzle escape room with no story and is not language dependent. A game master was also in the room with us the entire time and used a translation device to give us hints. We were also shown a video at the end with English subtitles to explain the puzzles and solutions. This was a very interesting room to experience and I can see why it has very positive ratings. Personally the lack of story and therefore lack of narrative puzzles was not for me. I was jealous that SCRAP do a lot of escape rooms tied to anime and film which would contain the story element I'm seeking but they're japan exclusive without English. They also have take home escape experiences at the counter and we purchased a North/ South Pole game which is to be played by two players in separate rooms. The staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us even if English was limited.
