The store front, the ambiance, the staff, etc. The room was a ton of fun and I don't think there was a single time I felt frustrated by a puzzle being unfair or unreasonable. The thing I probably enjoyed the most was the way that they provided some nudges in the right direction in ways other than just popping a big, obvious clue on a screen.
