Origins: The Curse Of CalicoKnott’s Scary FarmHauntMazeThis is always one of the more memorable mazes for me for some reason, after coming to Knott’s Scary Farm for a few years in a row now. Maybe it just matches the theme of the area in the park the best, so it seems well suited for it. Not my favorite theme, but certainly a clear story being told and a more memorable line experience than any of the others. I like that they actually explain the story a little bit while you are in line, with a person calling for the hanging of Sarah Marshall.
Eight Fingers Nine: The BoogeymanKnott’s Scary FarmHauntMazeThis was a well made maze. None of us understood the theme or where the name of the maze comes from. I felt this was a missed opportunity. They could have educated you on this in the line outside the maze.
The Cinema of FearCastle DarkHauntMazeIf you’ve been to higher production mazes like at Knott’s Scary Farm or Universal Studios’ Hollywood Horror Nights then this will leave much to be desired. It’s a good attempt, just clearly not as high of a budget as the others. Might be good for young kids who enjoy spooky/scary stuff, but will not impress adults.
