It's definitely intended for adults and as a romantic getaway, so the puzzles are less difficult than a typical "escape room" and you have all night to work your way through them. If you get stuck, there are QR codes that give hints and full answers so you can get through them and find all the rooms. We did have to use them at one point for a puzzle that wasn't working, but it was a minor issue.
