Operation GryaznayavodaIn Search Of An ExitEscape roomIRLAbsolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend doing all three games here if you can: there's bonus content before, after, and between games, which makes all the content flow together. This room had a ton of variety, and worked quite well with four players: we were able to split up and work well in parallel, without anyone standing around, but you were all close enough that you didn't feel as though you missed out on half of the game. There were also a few fun unexpected mechanics that were delightful discoveries: there were multiple exclamations of "OH THAT'S SO COOL" when we figured out how a puzzle worked. The hint system was also cheekily novel, and worked seamlessly with the whole theatrical experience. Way more fun than shouting into the void and seeing a note on a monitor. We normally try to complete all rooms without any hints, but didn't mind them at all here, as it just felt like a natural part of the story.
Lombino's CasinoIn Search Of An ExitEscape roomIRLIn Search Of An Exit was one of the best overall experiences I've had at an escape room. We did all three games back to back, which I'd highly recommend. From the moment we walked up to the storefront until we left several hours later, we were completely immersed. No generic strip mall lobby here: even the entrance and links between games were fun experiences filled with lore and puzzles. There's a ton of love, care, attention to detail, and whimsy that went into this place, and it's an absolute blast. Lombino's Casino was a fun one. Perfect for a group of four: plenty to do, good pacing, quirky humor, and a fun retro time-capsule set. There was one mechanic that I've never seen in any game before which required some crafty engineering to pull off, and it was a ton of fun to discover in-game.
Escape Blair WitchEscape Blair WitchEscape roomIRLIf you’re into the horror genre, you’ll love the atmosphere. The set design was crafted with love, and a lot of attention was put into jump scares and a spooky experience. If you’re not into horror, it was just kind of annoying; cramped spaces, constant noise floor so you could barely hear each other, and sequential puzzles so you couldn’t really split up.
