The puzzles were well designed, with plenty to do at all times, ensuring everyone in our group stayed engaged. Heather was a fantastic host. Her explanation of the game was clear and informative, and she introduced us to a new lock mechanism we hadn’t seen before. She was professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.
