The owner is amazing, the props and actors/actresses are incredible, the puzzles were all original and very sophisticated without being too difficult, and the overall experience was top notch. My wife and I have done well over 300 escape rooms all around the world, including in the US, Amsterdam, Rome, London, and Madrid, and Magic Universe is absolutely at the very top of that list. When we were researching activities to do in Madrid and this came up, we knew we had to do it, especially after reading the reviews. It completely lived up to the hype, and then some. If you are in Madrid - or even if you’re not in Madrid but want to do an incredible escape room and have an amazing experience - go to Magic Universe. You will not regret it!
