This is a chaotic, puzzle fest, parallel solve game that attempts to recreate the chaos and energy of a restaurant kitchen. Our team of six completed 25/26 recipes, and probably needed five more minutes to finish the final one. Like all games at Omescape, the set is stellar but because of the game’s theme (a kitchen) it lacks the wow moments of Robotopia or even Haruka High. Ultimately, Undercooked was an amazingly executed game that I didn’t love. The frenzy and the pandemonium in the pantry idea wasn’t enough to overcome the lack of narrative immersion which drive so many rooms that I love. Was it brilliantly done? Yes. Would I recommend everyone play it? Also yes. It’s truly another extraordinary game from Omescape. It earns my applause if not my affection.

Fun puzzle-grind room that is right up our alley—and the fact that it’s food themed is just icing on the cake (pun intended)! We previously did a version of this room in Anaheim that we loved, and while we still like that version slightly better, this one was great and filled with mostly new puzzles compared to that version. We had tons of fun as a group of 4, and we all appreciated being able to do puzzles solo and together and just have a great time. Definitely highly recommend this room!

This game was a lot of fun… you are scoring points over escaping but, the puzzles are many and fun concept…

This room was a goon fest for the ages! Every 🍆? Hard. Every 🐱? 😹! The most fun and exhilarating 75 minutes that will have you saying “did I do that?” Yes, yes you did.

First and foremost, if you’re looking for an immersive adventure, this is not it. This is a game. This is one of the most fun, exhilarating games I’ve played in my entire life. It’s frantic but not overwhelming. It’s absolutely perfectly crafted. It truly does feel like playing Overcooked in real life. We did it with 2 people, which is doable, but I’d get at least one or two more. There’s so much to see and do and let’s be honest, you probably won’t see everything. And you’ll learn that that’s okay. This is a work of escape room art. You won’t regret playing this.
Incredibly unique and well crafted.

Nearly impossible to solve all the puzzles in time. That’s the fun of it.
Felt like we were on an episode of The Bear.

Puzzles themselves weren’t hard, but to 100% this game would be incredibly difficult.

What a wild ride. We successfully completed every puzzle despite being a late booking at the end of a long day. I am so happy to have been able to experience a highly applauded game and it did not disappoint. Such a unique mechanic was pulled off flawlessly. The puzzles felt fresh and had a variety of difficulty that I can imagine scales well with lots of different groups. We had a blast! The flow we experienced was so much fun.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this game. It was truly a challenge for 5 VERY experienced players which made for a frantic but refreshing experience. It has been a long time since I have had such high energy levels in a game. I am shocked that we were able to complete it all literally down to the last second but I’m so proud of my awesome group for making it happen. This game is easily in my top 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I easily give this experience a 5/5 (check out my bio for my rating system). This is a stupendous escape room! However, it's technically not an escape room per se, but more like a room to accomplish as much as you can within the given time limit. For this reason, you can do it more than once in an attempt to get a higher recipe load. And you might think you'll do better the second time because now you know more but it's harder than you'd think, especially with only 2 people. We increased our recipe number by only 7 the second time ending with 19/26 recipes in 75 minutes. More than 2 people would ease the burden of getting all the recipes but we'd probably do it a third time if we were in the area! 😂 Such a cool concept implemented in a truly unique and fun way. The set design was amazing as well - I felt like I was in a real-life chef's kitchen - and there were many novel puzzles, which revealed many delightful surprises. This is a master class in escape rooms!

One of my absolute favorite games. Cook and puzzle like you mean it! The more minds you have together that can work together the better! So much variety and so many things to do. You will more than likely run out of time before finishing everything. This is one I'd replay just to explore the rest of what I missed. Would recommend for 6 people!
