83 escape rooms

Two of their puzzles for this one day outdoor escape room were wrong. In one we lost about 20 minutes trying to figure out the right combination only to learn they had made a mistake on their math. They had to give us the right code and only gave us a 10 minute credit. They were rude when we argued about this. The other puzzle was a trivia question and when I showed them the correct answer by googling it on my phone they ignored me.
