Rating: 3.5/5 - Enjoyable room with a scare actor and a mix of locks and tech Pros: ➕Our GM/actor did a good job and gave me a couple good scares. It's not particularly high energy (like actors that chase you), more creepy/unexpected. ➕Set looks decent and was appropriately weathered and dirty feeling. It was more than a couple rooms. ➕Room was very dark but we each got a flashlight. ➕One player gets a special role at the beginning. ➕Ambient audio added to the spooky mood. ➕Puzzles are straightforward which works for a scary game. I do not want challenging mental puzzles in a scary room. ➕Mix of padlocks and basic tech (RFID sensors) Room for improvement: ➖Ambient audio was a bit too loud but I think it's to mask the the sound of the actor coming in and also the noise from the surrounding rooms. ➖Ending wasn't as climactic as I'd hoped ➖Set and props are showing a lot of wear and tear We played as a team of 3 enthusiasts and completed it with plenty of time left, I'd recommend 3-4 players. Everyone may need to crawl/crouch.

Pretty average room set and puzzle-wise that was made much better due to the live actor. Our GM was phenomenal and made our experience that much better. Pretty much all the moments the live actor chose to scare us were timed well. The first instance was so surprising I’m shocked that he was able to pull it off without any of us noticing him come into the room. One puzzle was so basic and ordinary that we overthought it and wasted time figuring out what to do next. There was a cool story moment for one person in the group and I kind of wish they leaned into that more as it could have made for a unique gameplay mechanic. This is an older room so I’m not going to knock the fact that there were a ton of locks, but I do wish there was more tech. I don’t think this is a must play room, but I had a good time.

Such a scary escape! I loved it!!! I would recommend doing it in a bigger group because most times, most of us watched any entrances out of fear while others had the mental capacity to do the puzzles! The atmosphere was a straight up horror movie! I loved it. 10/10 escape and experience!

We did this with 4 individuals. It was fantastic. Scare factor with the live actors and music up took the room to the next level. Great vibe. The puzzles were all nicely linked to the theme. Amazing! Shout out to Ethan at this location.

The live actors definitely made this scary room have more jump scares than I expected. I did not love the number coding of what clue belongs to what puzzle. The puzzles themselves were not amazing. But the experience and story were great. It is an incredibly memorable experience.

This one scared me those most out of any of the escape rooms I’ve done in the GTA. The live actor was committed to the bit and did a good job. This one holds a special place in my heart 🫡

👻🙏 A pretty standard escape room with spooooky religious and occult themes. There are live actors (who don’t touch you) and let me say that first appearance FREAKED me out 😂 however, the appearances do become less scary as you move along which suited me just fine, lol! Confundrum is great at setting a vibe, and you’ll have a lot of fun if you like scary (but not too scary) ERs- although I would rank their other scary room Twisted Woods ahead of this one. Our group of 4 finished with 5 minutes to spare.

It’s just locks locks locks. In fact they start the game by telling you how to use all the different types of padlocks they have.

Amazing spooky room! Fantastic immersion.

this was a fun spooky game that’s perfect to play around halloween season! beware of actors!
