Game master was not paying any attention, opted to come in and get the clues for us instead of giving us hints. Reached out afterward and the owner offered a credit for another play, but refused to respond when we actually wanted to collect. Puzzles were falling apart.

I’m really sorry about your experience — that sounds incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
