74 escape rooms
Although rated as "Medium" on their site, this is a quite hard room. There are a LOT of locks to open in just 1 hour! That being said, it is a very fun and interesting room. We play as a couple (we've escaped very hard rooms successfully with just the two of us) but this room would be more easily conquered with a couple more sets of hands and eyes! There's just so much to do!
Gameplay
Although fun and interesting, it was a bit frustrating with so many locks to open (coming from someone who prefers locks!) In actuality, the locks opened just fine...it was the amount of confusing puzzles to open all those locks that got frustrating! LOL
Atmosphere
The room, as well as the venue, was bright and cheery. Game play stayed on theme.
Customer service
The game master was quite friendly but also a little slow responding to hint requests. Time lost waiting on a hint when you're stuck kinda steals some of the joy from the game play. :(

Nice clean theme to the room and game play. Family friendly! Theme and game play are safe for the kids.

We play as a couple but the volume of tasks in this room would be more successfully handled with a couple more bodies.

There was some slight wear on some items but nothing broken.

Thankfully, no live actors here!! Our experiences with those have not been great.

We did not find anything more strenuous than normal daily living activities. The game area is all on one level....no steps or climbing.
Accessibility
A wheelchair could probably navigate ok. There are a couple of audio clues to listen to.
Easy to find location
Yes
Google maps got us there from Ft Wayne very easily....roads were good. The building is on the outskirts of Muncie so we didn't have to navigate any downtown streets...yay!
Parking

The building has it's own parking lot right in front! Easy peasy!
