The puzzles are disjointed and the story isn't really engaging. In addition the GM isn't really present, and you can hear the very loud music from the arcade throughout the room so you never feel immersed.

You don’t expect much from a Kingpin experience. And yet. Pretty disappointing all around, mediocre puzzles that barely make sense, multiple things not reset properly, damaged props and spaces including a loose wire that was just available to accidentally touch. Not… not great. Didn’t have a good time, don’t recommend.

Just a blatantly bad escape room. Worn out props, a non-existent story, uninspired puzzles, loose electrical wires sticking out, two different locks left un-reset, and staff members that didn’t have a clue what was going on. Even with low expectations and a cheap price tag this one still managed to disappoint. Don’t even bother.

Overall it wasn't great. The puzzles were fun and the design was cute but was really poorly maintained, lots of things falling apart, bad lighting and disinterested staff.
I genuinely feel like the concept has potential. Just poor execution and maintenance.
Things were in poor condition, the lighting was insufficient.
Staff couldn't have cared less.

It's... Worse than expected. The locks are worn out so we spent 15 minutes just trying to enter the correct combination into the lock. Props don't relate to each other but are forced in the same puzzles and music is way too loud to hear the audio cues. Just... Sucks

Overall it was quite “meh”. Some of the puzzles were good, but quite easy. Theme & set were good. The game master was terrible & even told us half way through that he wasn’t going to be there for 15 mins cause he had other things to do so we were on our own.
