A decent escape room that is relatively linear with a few opportunities for group efforts.
Gameplay
Flowed well and mostly linear but opportunities for group work if clues aren't completed in the intended order

Simple but effective with creepy music.
Customer service
Second visit there and every time staff has been absolutely amazing! Ended up having a full on natter with them about other escape rooms!
Game tech
Neither. No major mechanics or super high tech stuff beyond lighting.
Easy to find location
Yes
Easy to find but accessibility is impossible for those with mobility issues, especially if the lift is out of order as they are on the second floor up 4 flights of stairs.
