Alien Odyssey

Bamboozled is our favourite company in the lower mainland. Well thought out, staff is amazing and the rooms are just fun. However they all (except midnight manor) seem to have a lot of physical activity running between items with a short time span. But overall very few bad parts of these rooms. Though the guns in this one don’t seem to work as well as the other rooms. Very little confirmation if you’ve hit correctly

It was a bit too much of a guided experience and not enough puzzling for my taste. Watch a cut scene, follow specific instructions, repeat. Only had a handful of puzzles and lots of pushing buttons. It's highly linear, best played with 2. You would think that would cater to family with a child or two, but it's too difficult and actually has a pretty low escape rate, so I'm not really sure who this game is for. This game would benefit a lot with adaptive difficulty (cut out a step/sequence if you are falling behind). With how this game is designed, it'd be easy to do and players would never even know it. That being said, the staff is always great here and the set looked very nice

Felt more like an interactive game with integrated puzzles than an escape room.

The atmosphere us really cool and well done as well as the puzzles. It is a very linear room so only a few people can work at a time. The response times on the buttons took forever and would bring my rating up if they worked properly. It was a very easy room but took awhile just due to the room itself rather than solving the mysteries.

I found it real easy to be honnest. Should be fun with kids.

Ouff.. Wish i had read the reviews before doing it or the company should advertise it as family/ kids game, advertising it as a medium/hard is almost a lie. Veeeery easy and linear ( very boring). Really good room tho, beautiful atmosphere but the puzzles are kids or even baby level. Great for little kids but dont be 6 in the room since most of the puzzles are doable alone or by two person ( luckily we were only 3). So yea, Beautiful game but stay away from it if you are an adult or even a little bit experienced.

had so much fun doing this escape room with my baby!! This was my second time at Bamboozled and it did not disappoint!! This is definitely the best place for escape rooms in metro van

It is a cute room, that has a heavy video game feel to it. Very linear, with some gimmicks repeated, and has lots of fun things to do but some I wouldn't necessarily class as "puzzles"

Room was neatly themed but puzzles felt quite simple and very linear. I think this would be a good room for beginners or for those with kids.
