The Otherside: Room 401 Detective Version

It is a good room. The payment scheme is the only thing keeping me from returning. It is so much more expensive to do these rooms with small groups :/

This room was dirtyyyy and gross, but in a good way because it was intentional. It gave creepy, and if I remember correctly even had a couple of moments that made us jumpy! So this room was actually pretty fun - we did it quite a while ago, and ended up doing it with a family who we didn't know. We had a good time, but it was a full room of 8 people - and there was definitely a lot of time that elapsed where people were standing around with nothing to do. It would definitely have been more fun with a smaller group maybe of 4. The mechanicals and tech in this room were super fun, and creative. I loved how interactive it was with the puzzles - it wasn't all just mind work. Overall though, I probably would not go back to this location. The staff and game master were not very helpful or attentive, and gave us a lot of incorrect and conflicting info for hints. Also, the whole space (meaning outside of the room itself) was extremely run down, not well kept, and very loud.
