Ice Tiki is one of my favorite rooms because it was so dang fun. It depends on the group, of course, but I think another big component was the audio reactions: confirmation/denial sound effects and more importantly appropriate music when we reached various points. The audio made it feel like the GM was an extra player cheering us on, or like we were in a TV show. By the end we were basically dancing along with the music as we solved puzzles; I've never experienced that before. I would consider this a must play for anyone visiting Athens.
The unusual set design (plus the obvious centerpiece of the third area) also contributed to my enjoyment. One of the reasons I like escape rooms is a chance to visit fantastical places (fewer generic offices or studies, please) and this set delivered - it felt more like a kid's playground.
The owner is a bit unusual too - this his his hobby passion project, and he has no intention of turning it into a business (e.g. hiring GMs). This might make it harder to schedule.
We played in English with no problems. In fact, the music selection seemed to be geared towards English speakers; I don't know if the creator has a different soundtrack for Greek speakers.
So fun! It also flowed well
