Wasn’t the worst room I’ve been to, and we did have fun. However, some of the puzzles required outside knowledge/guessing, and some were faulty, while others weren’t on or required full inspection of each and every piece. I would have let it go if the GM had any sympathy or was apologetic but they just shrugged it off and called it a “fault of the room, we hope you do xyz instead, oh well”.
Very clunky, some puzzles were only able to be completed with outside knowledge and others needed hints and could not be completed organically. I’m all for mood lighting but their decipher cards are in the least lit areas of the room.
Set was nice, a little dated but still very immersive
GM shrugged off faulty/broken/turned off equipment. I wasn’t expecting anything except an apology and didn’t even get that

Video at the beginning was nearly audible, so it was hard to track the storyline and then it was bare bones from there

Besides the puzzles that weren’t possible, it was rather easy

Escape zone kills it with the decor every time the puzzles always fall through the smallest amount tho- the room is like a 8.5-9/10 every time but there's always the 1 or 2 puzzles that take up 20 minutes and make 0 sense. love the overall staff and locations tho

This had a really well built set that even incorporated the artic elements with how cold they set the room haha. There was one puzzle that was basically a reskin of another puzzle they used in a game at one of their other locations so that was a bit disappointing. Our group did find a couple of the puzzles to be overly tedious, and at one point, the game master (thankfully) told us we can just take a picture of one of the cipher because it was taking way too long to go back and forth. Overall, I still really enjoyed the room because I loved the set design and theming, but tweaking a couple of the puzzle choices would really elevate the experience.

This may be the best escape room on Long Island, unreal aesthetics, even the temperature in the room makes you feel like you’re in the yetis cave, an awesome fun room, I did it with just me and my fiancé and we had a blast difficulty 8/10 Overall rating of room: 9.2/10

Overall, it was a really fun room. The room did use all of the room, so some clues were low, which could be challenging for some. It was a great room though with many puzzles and some challenges. We had a great time!
The gameplay was relatively easy to follow!
Very immersive! Props and everything really helped make the room fun!
Awesome staff!
