We did this room part of our escape room vacation to California. Other reviewers said that the reviews shouldn’t be so high and that it has a corporate feel. I do agree with the corporate feel, some of the puzzles are run down, BUT there were some surprises to the room that I haven’t seen in any corporate escape room company. It had a lasting effect that I can still remember! It is a good room but I wouldn’t go out of your way for it. It does not deserve a “thumbs down” though in my opinion. Probably one of the better bank heist themed rooms!

The reviews for this room are too high. We traveled from 4 hours away and only wanted to do the best of the best. This is not a must do by any means. Surprised it’s nominated for awards. It’s an escalology level room at best, average.

This room was fine. I think it could do well with a face lift. Some of the oldness of props inhibited some puzzle solving. About a 5 out of 10 room for me. The reason I’m giving a thumbs down is because the overwhelmingly positive reviews mislead us to traveling several hours to do this room.

Pretty fun, we did it with three people, six would be too many. The room is big, but not that big.

I’m biased when it comes to heist-themed escape rooms and I love a good immersion story. The puzzles were on the challenging side because it does get you to think outside of the box. There were a good mix of Gen 1/2 puzzles. This is my favorite room out of all the rooms that Mission Escape Games has so far! Would highly recommend! Our team of five made it out by asking for one hint! When they shared the hint, we steamrolled through the rest of the room.

Good escape room for beginners or young kids. The puzzles were extremely easy (for me at least). I did this room with two people total and we had about 20 minutes left. I do feel like the theme and set up of the room was good, but not as well built out as other places I’ve been to. Our host was so kind and welcoming- no issues there!

Accessibility
I think it is wheelchair accessible. There are some puzzles that are up high and may not be reachable by someone in a chair. There are moments where the lights go out and the room is dark. (Bank Heist escape room.)

Parking
Easy
We parked in the STC Anaheim GardenWalk parking structure attached to the mall. Our room was at 7:20pm with a 7:00 arrival time, so there was plenty of parking! However, due to the House of Blues also being in the same block, you do need to be aware that the parking structure can get very full and crowded. There was a concert about to start when we arrived but the parking was okay. It is paid parking which can be validated when by Mission Escape Games.

Rather than just a classic bank heist, I liked that this one had a heavy mafia theme. Some elements seem a little worn but still working fine. We made it through fairly easily with just two of us, but if your group is less experienced, I’d recommend at least three.

Solid bank room made better by an awesome GM who cheered us on! Bank rooms aren’t always our strongest, so it’s great when a GM is on our side during frustrations. The puzzles were neat and well-themed here. The transitions were also a blast! I don’t know that this is the best room at Mission, but it’s a good non-horror choice for them. And you can bank on it!

Parking garage that costs money, but they validate your parking for the 2nd hour

The theme was well executed and I felt like they did a good job of slowly giving out the pieces you needed to solve the puzzles so the momentum throughout the solve just kept increasing!

The gamemaster said it was designed with 5 in mind, but we did it with 3, so I'm splitting the difference
