Truth or Dare was always a dangerous game, especially on dark quiet nights. Your friends always seem to come up with the craziest and stupidest dares ever but maybe this time they took it too far.
Now look at you, a foolish, scared, little teenager trying to escape the house no one dares enter.
While the doors and windows slam behind you, you realise why the house was never entered. Its the devils playground.
The mansion is said to be haunted by a little girl who hasn't been able to rest in peace until she finds her doll taken and possessed by the devil. This little girl now needs your help.

Can you help find her doll and get the key to release her soul?

While this room's atmosphere and concept was incredibly spooky and cool on paper. The execution of the puzzles & clues led to this being an effort in frustration.  

Starting out in 10+ minutes of darkness in a room filled with an immense amount of props, where the objective was to find "hidden" things in the space, was only ever going to lead to a frustrating experience, feeling like we were simply unable to progress while our time slowly ticked away. 

Once the lights came on, we found we picked up speed and were able to begin making our way through the room's mechanical puzzles (inc, keys, locks, etc). However, we found some difficulty particularly with some of the multi-step puzzles due to the heavy overuse of red herrings in the room that again left us feeling frustrated, as we felt the only thing stopping us from solving a certain puzzle was a lack of functional clueing within the room. 

I think if I were to highlight a specific moment of collapse of the room for us, it would have to be, that even once we had solved everything visible within the room and were ready to progress, we were held back by the earlier darkness segment of the room, by having not 'discovered' a singular 'key' that was squished between an item of furniture and the wall, which we only discovered after multiple specific clue.  

Overall we thought the room had great potential to be really cool but was sadly let down by an overly saturated set dressing and an abundance of vaguely clued puzzles that actually ended in our group's very first 'failed' escape. This was especially disappointing as we felt that there was little we could have done to effect the overall outcome despite our experience as players.

This room unfortunately missed the mark for us. It’s a cool concept and the atmosphere is very creepy and scary, but overall this room left us frustrated. 

To start you’re left in the dark for 10+ minutes with the tiniest bit of light from the hint tablet on the wall, and the light control is done by the game master. The first puzzle you have to solve involves finding puzzles pieces and using numbers on them to open a suitcase- none of which is possible in the dark. There’s a lot of jump scares in the time (banging on the walls etc) so it really does nothing for the room.

After the lights come on we were able to move a bit quicker, this room is completely manual, all locks and keys and a lot of black light work. There’s also a lot of red herrings with the black lights and requests for reviews and to follow their socials around the room. 

The live actor came in later to the room, and although added to the creepy vibe, it really didn’t do much for the room, except getting swiped at and having things throw at you. I would suggest to be careful, one of my friends did get hit with the screw driver the actor was throwing around. 

This room also breaks a lot of general escape room rules, things hidden way under furniture, things on the roof, having to rip toys apart and also having to unscrew a light socket, which never feels safe to me. 

Overall a cool concept but being stuck in the dark for the first 10 minutes and being unable to solve puzzles really ruined it for us. I would agree a medium difficult level for the puzzles is fair, but they just don’t logically flow and are some are very tedious. This room is really about the scare factor, if you want a good story and good puzzles, this really isn’t the room to do
