257 escape rooms
This felt more like a series of real-life video game minigames than a normal escape room, in that there'd be a task to figure out (with no instructions), and then you have to actually carry out the task successfully. Tasks varied wildly in difficulty - some we breezed through in a couple of tries, others we kept failing at over and over despite knowing what we wanted to do. Tech was the highlight of the game - the designer really loves LED strips. The ending sequence was dramatically (and unnecessarily) louder than everything else in the game. We played in English and had no problems.

Live actors
Yes
At various points in the game an actor would briefly step in and do a thing, but we never really interacted with them.
Physically active
Somewhat
There's one part of the game where a player needs to exert themselves for an extended period of time. You can switch off, so it shouldn't be too bad.
