Worst escape room setup I've been to. Very little interactive components, possibly the cheapest room build I've seen of the dozens we've done.

The set design was cheap, simple, and uninspiring. This felt like something thrown together for $1000 as a cash grab.

The puzzles were relevant to the theme but there was definitely knowledge that was needed from outside the room. A lot of props were broken but not crucial to solve things. Not high tech at all and was open to the lobby so you could hear the lobby as well as people walking in the mall. It was the second room done at this location and both were very disappointing especially with other options available around the area.

The room was fine, that's the best I can say. It was clearly a purchased experience with some inconsistent set pieces. The puzzles were box to box solving with little else of interest. While we had a good time, it certainly wasn't a great room and was below my expectations of an escape room.
