“Puzzles” were more about finding small pieces of paper or small drawings scattered across the room, all while trying to avoid annoying red-herrings. Sets/props were alright, though it was obvious that some props were falling apart and just loosely taped together, and some props had little work put into them, like the plywood box sticking out of the wall. The game master was not rude, but they were very brief when speaking and explaining the rules/story, and seemed to want us gone so they could leave.
