12 escape rooms
We were very unhappy with this room. We did escape, but it had no story and each puzzle, besides just being a combination lock, did not link together at all. At certain points we were totally confused and entirely lacking in direction. The music that played constantly was obnoxious and annoyingly loud. The black lights didn’t work at all. And the front desk/GM couldn’t keep her headphones out of her ears long enough to speak 2 words to us.
Gameplay
It was 1 small room, nothing special. The puzzles were simple and had no story behind them.
Atmosphere
No set design, some stuffed toys as props, simple and boring.
Customer service
The front desk could barely keep her headphone out long enough to speak 2 words to us. She was dry and unwelcoming.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We always aim to provide an enjoyable time for all our guests. If we had been aware that the music was bothering you, we would have been more than happy to adjust the volume to make your experience more comfortable. It was indeed a busy Saturday due to the festival you were attending which contributed to the high traffic in our facility. As for my headphones, again because of the festival, I was helping to monitor games that day, and at the time of your visit, to ensure everything was running smoothly. I do recall briefly interacting with your group, although it might not have been an extended conversation. That's why your game master was present to welcome you, provide instructions, congratulate you on your escape, and take your team photo. Again, sorry if your visit wasn’t what your had hoped for and we appreciate your insights.
