This company is still struggling a bit to reset and master rooms. We had to stop twice to have the game master come in and reset something that was forgotten. At the end we had completed the final piece and then nothing happened for a while. We asked for a clue thinking we missed something and he told us to do the thing we already did…come to find out the game master triggers the release, not us, and he wasn’t paying attention when we did it the first time. The room itself was good, unique theme and puzzles. Hopefully they’ve learned a lot since the early days of starting and you won’t have the same experiences!
