Really charming room, slightly more on the low-tech side with the layout of the facility itself. But once you’re inside the room it’s very immersive. I particularly enjoyed all the nostalgic 90’s references and real toys and games used as props from my childhood. Just a feel good room, love me a little nerf gun action. 🔫

Although we arrived to a deserted facility on a random Tuesday evening at 5:30pm (no one was working inside, although the doors were open) and we had to call Panic ER’s switchboard phone number to let them know no one was working at this location (and had to wait another 20+ mins for them to arrive), we had a lot of fun in The Lost Arcade. The set was a basic type of ER with nothing to really talk about, but the video game systems and props were really cool to see and brought me down memory lane for when I was a kid. None of the puzzles were particularly difficult, but I kind of liked that in this fun/gaming atmosphere. One of the puzzles was a lot of fun as we had to use a Nerf Rival gun for target practice. Although this room was not super linear, there was a nice flow to it (w/ hints by the locks for certain puzzles) and you could always figure out what you had to do next. This room had a similar type of game feel and set design to other Panic ER’s, which are decent overall. Although Panic is not at the levels of the best ER’s, they usually are still solid and we have a lot of fun doing them.

No one was in the facility when we arrived so I had to call the Panic ER switchboard phone number to let then know no one was working at this location (even though we had a reserved time). Had to wait another 20 mins for the GM to arrive and GM was very emotionless and quiet.

1 lock was not reset at all. Another lock had the code still in there so it opened when you pulled it. Lastly, another lock box was very tight and would not open easily, and we wasted 10mins looking for another code even though we had it correct the first time.

The GM did have to pop into the room since he forgot to lock one of the drawers and had to tell us something due to not resetting it.

Fun room! We did this one for mother’s day. I have an (at the time) infant and they were very accommodating to our child and myself and husband. The game was fun had a good flow and fun puzzles! It had a very cool theme and it was met throughout the entire experience. It was myself, my husband, and my daughter and we escaped! (They did gift us an extra clue for mother’s day though which we greatly appreciated)

This room fine, very mechanical, older generation room, showing a little wear.

Really fun video game and arcade museum room! I’m biased because I love video games, but I loved and understood every reference from the videos of games to the merch and plushies. I was also excitedly yelling out the name of every game song from the background music. Love all the deep cuts! The room itself is a standard but lovingly decorated game museum. It probably won’t wow most people, but gamers will likely appreciate. Sometimes it was hard to figure out where combos went, but there were stickers and hints all over the place so it was fine. The puzzles are pretty easy, and very low or no tech. It’s also a good sign that we enjoyed it when we collectively were sad that it was already over. Enthusiasts and especially video game fanatics will have almost no trouble reaching the high score! LET’S-A GO!

A fun gen 1 room, even if it is unremarkable as far as puzzles go. Cool video game memorabilia.
