Audio Puzzles on top of Audio Puzzles, all while being garbled by ambient music and audio. The recording and playback and overall setup was very low fi and made it difficult to hear or understand anything, and the flow of the puzzles left for some dead time for many of the participants. Frustrating experience overall.
could have been good if it was trying to do its own thing, but aped too much off of Star Wars and the usage was poor.

I would not recommend this room to anyone

This room could have been great, but it is not. Lots of puzzles are audio based and they have to be solved across different rooms over a walkie talkie with lots of laud background music, which just made the whole thing frustrating

Theming was excellent, puzzles were sub-par, customer service was absolutely AWFUL.
Least favorite room out of the 19 completed on my trip to Seattle. The theming and decorations were amazing; however the execution of the room was poor. Some of the puzzles made absolutely no sense (even the game master said you literally just had to guess) and many of the tech aspects did not work which hindered our progression.
Very immersive and excellent props!
Let me start by saying I tried to contact QuestFactor by email about 1.5 weeks prior to my trip and never received a response. I tried calling many times (about 10 times over the course of 5 days) and kept receiving a “this number has been disconnected” message. They also have an online messenger which does not work. They finally answered the day before we wanted to book our room and answered the questions I had. When we arrived for our booking, the guy at the front was very unapologetic and said “yeah, I heard that’s been happening.” He was very stoic and was not a fun game master at all. What added insult to injury was at the end of the game when they have you pay your balance and try to get you to pay a tip!! It’s suggested 18%, 20%, and 22% gratuity! I chose to give them none because I did not think it was deserved. I do not intend to return to play the rest of their rooms. Go to Locurio, Fox in a Box, or Hourglass instead!!

The group is separated into two rooms at the beginning which is fun. The separated groups had to work together to meet up in the final room. Rooms are well decorated, puzzles are on the easier side.

Cool room and well done, but don’t know if we enjoyed starting the game separated

We’ve done all rooms at this location and have enjoyed every one. This one we completed with some friends and we highly recommend for groups of 4 or more. The biggest challenge is working together while teams/groups are separated, so make sure your group communicates well - otherwise it will be a very frustrating room for y’all. We appreciate the staff here - especially Amy - she’s super helpful, supportive and kind. Staff aren’t make or break for us, but Amy kept us wanting to come back for the other rooms because she was just the right amount of helpful with hints! Highly recommend any of the rooms at this location of Quest Factor!

The decor in this room was phenomenal, unique puzzles as well. Your party is separated so be prepared to use teamwork!
