176 escape rooms
Unfortunately I wouldn’t count this as an Escape Room, but more of a room with puzzles. I took my parents here because they know how nerdy I get with Escape Rooms and wanted to experience one with me. The whole time I kept apologizing to them if something didn’t make sense or that it just wasn’t hitting the mark of all my other experiences. Basically you are led through the game by an overhead voice that will tell you which puzzle to work on, and then once you complete that, he directs you to the next puzzle. On the positive side, I did like some of the puzzles, and the staff member that was working was so incredibly kind, so that still helped me enjoy the experience, but disappointed that I couldn’t show my family the adventures that I love. The only room in Santa Fe though, so I would still recommend checking it out, especially if you are new to Escape Rooms.
Gameplay
It was okay, not great, but okay. It was more of a room with puzzles, rather than an escape room.
Atmosphere
Really just two rooms with minimal things going on. Some puzzles were fun, but most were just random.
Customer service
Very very friendly staff, unfortunately I can’t remember their name.
