My teenage son and I had a lot of fun in this room. We didn't know what to expect since we had never done a 12 minute room before. We figured we would have to move fast and not waste time. There are just enough puzzles at just the right difficulty to not get frustrated. We finished with a little over 6 minutes left. I recommend giving it a try.
