In the chapter 2: playtime, you have to escape the insane asylum with the antidote. Can you escape before your play time is over and you are locked in here?

Jack was our GM and they were fantastic! Thank you Jack, 10/10 customer service and acting skills :) The room itself was so cool! Loved the puzzles, had a veryyyy strong and immersive storyline. The ending was also very memorable! Can’t wait to be back

Really immersive room, if you are into spooky rooms but don’t want anything too over-the-top, this room is a good fit. The flow of the room could be improved, but besides that the room was solid. There were also some unique elements that we hadn’t seen before.

Much much better than Chapter One (Doctor’s Secret) on all counts: lots more puzzles, puzzles were substantially more challenging, and there were a couple of interesting mechanics we hadn’t quite seen before. We are so glad they were upfront with us that there is a character in the game that would usually guide us through the game—because we were able to instruct them not to do that. We never want nudges but prefer to figure things out on our own. And we’re so glad they obliged. We appreciated being able to ask questions when we felt like we needed to verify what to do next without breaking something in the room or engaging in unnecessary tedium, but we never want to just be told what to do next. That self-discovery is a huge part of the fun of escape rooms—and there was a LOT to discover in this room! Don’t let the “spooky” rating deter you. Other than at the beginning as part of setup, there are no live actors in the room, and nothing will jump out or touch you. We did this back-to-back with Chapter One and really enjoyed the flow from one room to the next. Highly recommend this room—it is definitely a top choice for Vegas and beyond!

This room was so memorable. It might be one of my favorites I've done. We did the Asylum rooms back to back, which I recommend if you're up for it. But it is difficult with just 2 players and we only had a couple minutes to spare when we got out. The setup for the room is amazing and the way "hints" or info is given is awesome. Such an immersive room. This one is spookier than the 1st chapter, and in the best way. The awards this room has received are well earned.

Had 3 minutes to spare with just 2 of us, so it felt hard but more players would have made it Medium difficulty, likely

Absolutely fantastic experience. We did the Asylum rooms back to back with the Doctor first and then Playtime. The immersion into the story was excellent and even waiting between rooms it was kept up. Because we did both we had 2 hours total for both rooms and the two of us needed every minute finishing with 17 seconds left. Highly recommended to do both together. We had such a great time. Our game master Jack was fabulous

This was a great escape room experience, particularly for the immersiveness into the story. The set design and acting was a notch above the rest and really took this from a 👍🏼 to a ❤️ for me. The puzzles were also inventive and challenging, not to mention they fit the theming of the story very well. As other reviewers have said, I would highly recommend booking the 2-part story (this is chapter 2 and The Doctor’s Secret is chapter 1) back-to-back and just continuing from the first escape room into the second without a break. My only critique of this room is that it sometimes felt that the hints were given even though they were unsolicited. We had asked for no hints unless asked for at the beginning, but I think the design for this room was inherently tied to having the story progressed by a certain mechanism (trying not to spoil anything here), which resulted in sometimes feeling like we were simply told what we were missing instead of being allowed to either figure it out or ask for the help. We escaped with 12 minutes left, so I felt that the hints weren’t needed because we were falling behind the room’s timetable or anything.
The gameplay was tied very well to the story.
All the GMs/actors here were so great!

Much more memorable than your average escape room.

I would have said Hard except for the story progression mechanism that sometimes felt it was just telling us unsolicited hints.

One part at the end would be challenging for someone with mobility issues, but I am sure the GM can work around it if you let them know ahead of time.

It was a great room with great set up and clever mechanism. I definitely got scared easily. There are a lot of word puzzles in there which is really my thing, but it is still really fun. Best for 4 people.
It was really fun but also somewhat hard for some parts. Word puzzle is not my jam and there are plenty of them.

Wow 🤩 this location was SO much FUN. This experience was everything we want out of an escape room. Starting off with great staff Bailey and Addison. The immersion started from there. Don’t want to give any hints, but your experience starts before the room time does 😳😬🚪🥼💉🛁🪆♟️
So much fun !!!
Perfect theming and decor
Couldn’t have asked for a better staff experience. Really love when the staff go the extra mile making the experience great.

i think when it comes to escape rooms, this one is the best in Vegas. Lots of great “aha” moments as well as a good hint system and a good narrative to boot. The closest thing to an LA escape room that you can get in Las Vegas. If you’re flying in and need a room, this should be heavily considered

“Playtime was at its best when the set or props transformed. The hint system stole the show.“
“The set design, lighting, and sound had the complete package and the puzzles had a great flow. “
