We had a blast at GREAT ROOM ESCAPE! The atmosphere, puzzles, and staff were all super awesome! Definitely a room for more experienced players. Perfect blend of scary, engaging, difficult, and immersion!

Great room with excellent design. The room says scary, but there isn’t anything to worry about if you succeed. The room was very well built and shows that they care a lot. One of my favorite places in all of Utah for sure!

Of the 8 escape rooms I've done so far, this one's my 2nd favorite. #1 is their Ghost Hotel for the set. This room is harder though, so if you're experienced & looking for a challenge, this is the one I'd recommend. (Other rooms I did include Secret Combinations, Red Giant, and Provo's Getout Games. I co-own Secret Combinations, and I'm giving Great Room Escape the crown here.) Everyone else on my squad was terrified. Not as much horror as I was expecting (which I appreciate).
Gameplay
Yep! Good, strong difficulty. I recommend this room to experienced escapists looking for a challenge. My team of 5 had experience, and we didn't make it.
Atmosphere
I still personally prefer Ghost Hotel, but I'm still convinced this room's set design is among the top in the state.
Customer service
The game master made a genuine effort to help us at the end.

Definitely would recommend this room to others. Very well done set, game play, and story. One of my favorites I’ve done by far

There was enough puzzles and task to keep six people occupied the entire time. Team work was essential on some parts which was nice working with various people in the group and not just soloing puzzles. There were some very neat and unique puzzles in the room

This room was great. It was the perfect amount of scary. I loved the few physical challenges in the room. We had a group of 6 and there was enough for everyone to be doing something the entire time.

If you like creepy vibes, this is it! The story was set up pretty well and the room was incredible. It felt like you were in a cabin on a rainy night! It was well thought out and very interesting!
