This was my favorite of the two games we played (other was Sector X). It’s fun, straightforward and clean. Not going to blow your mind, but great.

Permanently Closed - If you go down to the woods today you are in for a big surprise... You've been camping in the forest with friends and discover your belongings have disappeared from your tent. All that has been left behind is a note that tells you: If you want your belongings back then you better head towards - The Cabin. Can your make it out of this intense escape room safely, with all of your missing belongings?

125 escape rooms
A good, solid serial-killer themed escape room. Pretty good theming and pretty good puzzles. I wouldn't work too hard to seek this one out, but if you like the theme, or if you're doing other rooms at this location, it's an enjoyable time.
Gameplay
Generally solid puzzles. There was one red herring that soaked up a lot of time and was frustrating rather than fun.
Atmosphere
Nothing amazing, but decent for a small-ish London escape room.
Customer service
Our GM Ellie Mai was very enthusiastic and, when asked, gave exactly the right degree of hint to nudge us along without spoon-feeding us the answer.

Some small environments. More than 4 players would probably be cramped.

Some grizzly theming and the occasional jump scare. I would imagine it's very easy to tone down the jump scares on request.
