We had some pre and post game questions like if our pictures could be texted to us and the girl kept same no or she didn't know, to simple questions. It was kind of off putting. For our pictures she said to watch online the next 3+ weeks and eventually they will be posted. If you had a good time, watching a site for 3+ weeks to see if yoir photos will be posted is not cool. It's a buzzkill! I would recommend a free google phone number where photos can be texted to the customers that booked the reservation directly or photos being emailed directly to customers. If this is taxing on staff you can set up a tablet, upload scene backgrounds for the room and sit the tablet on a tri-pod where people can select to text or email themselves a picture, select the room they did to get the backdrop, grab props and pose. Give them 5 seconds to strike a pose then take the pic and send it to them. Aside from that, the room was entertaining, with good puzzles, and well themed decor.

Customer service
Okay, the lady was nice enough just not so helpful. She may have been new. The game master we had for a different room was great thoughso maybe the one we had for this game was still learning.
Particularly interesting or different
No
Interesting and fun but not mind blowing.
Story
The storyline, puzzles, and room decor were well aligned with the theme of the room which added to the fun.

Ideal number of players
3
The room is on the smaller side so there was 2 of us and it was great. We weren't in each others way. At 4 you'll still be able to move freely but slower. 6 can fit but you'll be on top of each other to move and work on puzzles.
Scary
Not scary
Minimum age
16
16 if you have familiarity with escape room puzzles. Younger/newer escape room players may need extra clues.
Was anything broken?
No
Live actors
Yes
Kind of! The storyline was given in costume and any hints were given in the room in costume. But the actor was not part of the game aside from that and there wasn't really any acting to match the costume so much as it was just speaking while dressed to match the room theme.
Physically active
Not at all
Some lower items needing bending but most is at waist height or higher.
Accessibility
A wheel chair would really struggle in this room and there is also a smaller elevator to get to the 2nd floor of the loaction to play the rooms. All other disabilities should be find. The room could be done without hearing and on crutches. Nothing jumps, no scary anything, no strobe lights. It's mostly reading, hunting, and figuring out the puzzles from what you found.
Easy to find location
Yes
It's on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, the greeter is on the first floor and buzzes you in, and there is a clear large black and white sign out front.
Parking
Limited
Coin metered street parking that takes silver coins (5, 10, 25) and dollar coins.
