Permanently Closed - Detective Shaw had been closing in on a multiple murder case in Baltimore, then went missing after leaving the bureau to continue the investigation. There is now suspicion that the suspect has the detective held hostage. Your team of private investigators has been assigned with finding the captor’s location before the missing detective becomes another cold case.

The puzzles were hard; not for being difficult, but just didn’t really make sense. Would not recommend. Staff were really nice!
The staff were super helpful and nice. They let us stay past the time limit to try and figure the puzzle out. They also explained the puzzles to us after the fact.

Not worth the money! Lots of puzzles but some made zero sense. I've seen other teams do this room and they seemed to have the same disjointed room perspective.

This place does need an overhaul. I felt like I was brought into a room that just had a bunch of locks placed everywhere that felt unimaginative, there wasn't any satisfaction from completing the puzzles and felt more like work than anything else. As for the hosts/GM's I can tell they're trying, but it also feels like highschool kids who just got their first job and are told to smile and be nice, but don't have any attachment to running an escape room. The rooms that I have felt that are the best even if the room itself is lacking, is from GM's who are also escape room enthusiasts. You can tell they have passion and care about what they do. I've got my fingers crossed for Missions Escape Rooms. Best of Luck.

The set was boring and the puzzles were unmemorable. This was by far our least favorite room at this location.
The room was dull. I think they were going for a more realistic vibe, but a colorless office just isn't a fun environment.

2-3 players is best imo (although to be fair I think that about most rooms). It's not a large space and the flow is very linear.

We found it boring as adults, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for children. There's also a lot of reading. (Do the Sasquatch room instead!)

Strongly recommend the John Whitmire parking garage a block away. Sometimes it's free, but even when it isn't it's pretty cheap (def better than the other garages in the area). We don't even attempt to find street parking, it's not worth the hassle.

This escape room is “lackluster” in all aspects - storytelling, props, and service. We called them in advance to see what the favorite games were for this location, and we were told that “The Bureau” was their most difficult game. We expected a challenge - and the challenge was in how inattentive our game masters were. The staff in the front had low energy and it took them a couple of minutes to even realize that we were done. There was no big fanfare when we were done too - they were reading the story from their iPAD and it just really feels like they’re there to do a job. The puzzles were not fun to do - it lacked the imagination to be interesting. I’ve seen a similar concept done many times. When you first see the room, what you see is what you get. This room needs an update in my opinion. Do not recommend.

As another reviewer put it "lackluster". The decor was mediocre, there wasn't much of a story line, and the ending was uneventful. We all looked at eachother with confused looks on our faces when we won, "ok I guess we won?..."type of look. We actually had to open the door ourselves to leave and found the host cleaning the bathrooms. On a positive note, the puzzles are pretty good and challenging.

I thought the idea behind this room was pretty interesting. The room was nice if you have some extra time. I give it the thumbs down just because it felt like the game master wasn’t watching and came in about 5 minutes after we were done while we were aimlessly looking around for what was next.

The puzzles were challenging and well done in my opinion. However, the ending is lackluster and it took 5 minutes for the game master to realize we were even done.
