The temple does looks immersive, buy I would prefer if the owners did not cheap out on the square meters. Just left us feeling disappointed, we expect something more. I still loved how the puzzles required different skills, so everyone in our team had their moment to shine, that was the strongest part of this room. Talking about puzzles… some were just too finicky. Cool ideas, but when you’re stuck when you know the solution but the thing won’t work properly, it kills the fun…

This room can be very hit or miss depending on what GM you get, but it's still very fun and pretty to look around and explore!

Forbidden Temple of Montezuma by Game Over Escape Rooms was one of my earlier escape room experiences (8th), and with that in mind, it turned out to be a really enjoyable adventure with a group of 5 work colleagues and went in a bit overconfident after successfully exiting Top Secret. As a franchise room, it delivered a solid experience with immersive enough surroundings and well-designed puzzles that, while fun, proved quite challenging for our team. Due to our lack of experience at the time, we didn’t manage to escape, but we still had a great time. Recommended mainly for newer players looking for a fun and engaging challenge!
