The support system didn't really work. We asked for help more than once, but we didn't get a response for a very long time, and when we finally did, we were given instructions for something we had already figured out long ago. It was so frustrating that we almost gave up. And that really says it all! I don't want to say any more than that. The design was okay, but that's about it. A total waste of money.
