Travel back through time to the abandoned Quartz laboratory. Located in a bomb shelter in Broadstairs, this laboratory has been kept secret for decades. Only recently discovered by The Network; the highest order of military intelligence. There's no official government documentation of the Quartz Machine but rumours describing an artificially intelligent machine, engineered by a German nuclear physicist hellbent on causing world chaos have been leaked. We now need a brave team to go head to head with Quartz in order to destroy its physical construct and annihilate it from the world, for good. Can you take on an artificially intelligent bot and win?

This game is SO FUN! Totally not what I was expecting. A great blend of challenging puzzles and effective immersion. I would recommend this game to everyone.
A multi linear room, so there was a lot of rushing around and solving things in our own order. There were some great ‘work together’ moments and some incredibly fun parts too.
Perfect design for the theme. Well executed.
Really great host, so friendly and excited.

This room featured one of the best moments in an escape room for me, really impressive combination of tech theming and puzzles.

This was terrific! The build of energy and scale over the course of the game was tremendous. The ending was fantastic - no spoilers!

An incredibly well designed room, 10/10 for immersion… well… 10/10 for everything actually. A good combination of tricky puzzles and big moments which will leave you in awe at the tech and set design. GM’s were brilliant both in character and out (and also told us it’s the first escape room in the world to have its own soundtrack… f****ing cool.

Pretty fun room! Interesting, novel storyline. Fairly simple to start. This one is all about the end game. Some incredible work has gone into the production of the end game. Video game logic which is fun to see.

Hands down our favourite at Escapement; played all their rooms in one day and this was the best. We play as a 2 and even though this listing says 4-8, 2 is possible if you’re experienced enough (120+ rooms for us). There’s some really clever puzzles which enthusiasts will enjoy but also some really unique ones which anyone should enjoy including a rather more interactive experience than you’d often find in an escape room. Well worth the trip to play as it is quite a trek for a large number of people; we drove 3.5 hours and came away beaming and totally impressed!
