I don’t want to beat up on this room too badly. The staff members were very friendly and they told us that they are replacing it with a new room in the near future. I think that is an excellent decision, because this room is just not very good. I think that whatever they replace it with will almost certainly be better. These folks have other rooms, so my suggestion is to skip this room. Since it is going away, perhaps no one will ever read this review, as if it had been eaten by zombies, which would be fair enough.
Most of the puzzles are easy and also not especially interesting. You see the puzzle, it is obvious what to do, and you do that thing.
I mean, it’s not the cheapest set I have ever seen, and they made an effort to have a wide variety of different zombie parts and skeletons and what have you, so I feel like they put in the effort. The results are fine. Nothing special, but fine. I will say that the moment when the group has to split up was a surprise and the way it happens is pretty funny.
Very friendly staff.

This might be the least “interesting or different” room I have played in quite some time. It is aggressively mediocre.
Even by the standards of “go into the secret facility to find the cure for the zombie apocalypse that they somehow managed to finish creating but didn’t use to save themselves” escape rooms, this one is pretty nonsensical. Just don’t think about it too much.
Easy
If you had never played a room that splits the group and requires each side to communicate information to the other side, then this would be a good introduction to that idea. There are not a lot of puzzles and what you need to share with the other group is clear. But if you have much experience at all with escape rooms you will probably find this room to be too easy.

4
I’m only saying 4 because you will be split into two groups and it is more fun to be with another person when you get separated like that. You could solve this room solo if not for the splitting up aspect.
Not scary
I mean, the first part of the room is fairly dark, and there are dead bodies and zombie parts and skeletons and such, but they are obviously fake. I think that it would be hard to legitimately be frightened in this room, but your mileage may vary. I would call it a light PG rating. I will say that one of the dead zombie bodies is a baby and I think that could be triggering for someone who had experienced the loss of a young child. It isn’t a gameplay element, at least.

Seems accessible overall. There is a chain link fence gate in the very beginning and I think it might be tough to get a wheelchair through there.

I really enjoyed this escape room and I’m glad I got to play it before it closed. My group of four had a really fun time and it had some very interesting theming. We got separated halfway through the game and the way that they executed that was really cool. Some of the puzzles did not feel very rewarding and the first room felt very strange because it barely had any puzzles. There were a few puzzles that involve color that were hard to see because of lighting. I do understand why they are replacing this game, but overall this was a really fun experience and also pretty scary. I will definitely be back.
Yes
Being separated halfway through the game was very unique for me
Medium
A lot of the puzzles involved clever communication and took up the majority of our game.
Mechanical
Some tech elements but mostly mechanical

More than 2 in the sepperated room would be too many imo

Definitely jumped a lot but nothing too crazy

Didn’t realize it was a split room. Overall fun, but less activities for those on one side.

This escape room was a lot of fun! It had a few challenging moments but nothing a little team work couldn’t solve. It also was very immersive and the workers there also brought the room to life. I would totally recommend anyone to this room but it is on the harder side for some of the clues so just be warned.
The staff was super welcoming and really brought the experience to life

They split us up half way through leaving us needing to use team work to solve the rest of the room

Puzzles were good and with the split twist, you need to be aware of surroundings and learn how to work with other team verbally.
Split group for a small portion, makes you work together for a great twist

Went in to this one expecting it to be the hardest experience they had. Left thinking it was easier than one rated lower. Puzzles were easier rather than anticipated despite the split towards the middle of the game which I think could have be done better. All of the codes were essentially in one room and it depended too much in my opinion on that room which could easily bring a group down if they don’t take care of who goes where. The timer also doesn’t stop when they are giving you the speech for the split which I think was a little odd but of course didn’t effect us much. We made leaderboard even with getting stuck on a few things. Game master was awesome! They definitely amped the experience a little more but he was one of the few things a genuinely liked about this room. With all that’s said it’s a fun soft introduction to split gameplay.
