117 escape rooms

The decor looks very nice when you enter the room. But this is until you start to look around. Things that are broken, or don't work correctly anymore. Hint system is a walkie talkie, nothing says Lord of the Rings like a walkie talkie ofcourse. The decor of the first room fits the story, but the next room is just a bare room with some puzzles in it. We didn't find a specific item that was necessary for the end, but the host hadn't noticed that and thought we had it, so they triggered the end effect So we were completely surprised that it suddenly ended. We booked this room as we were in the neighbourhood, but wouldn't recommend it

Gameplay

Some nice puzzles, but 2 elimination puzzles immediately after each other, this could be done better

Atmosphere

First part of the decor was good, but afterwards it went downhill

Customer service

I had mailed beforehand to ask if the rooms were available in English (not visible on the site), and after i booked, i let them know for when i booked. The staff that was present was not really used to speak English, and also a bit surprised but they did their best.
