The employees were nice, but this room/company was not well put together. This was room #43 for me; every room I've escaped had a TV that provides the time left as well as clues to assist in the escape. They had no TV. When you asked for a clue, they came into the room, and basically solved the puzzle for you. They would also periodically come in and say you have "this much time left" rather than have any kind of timer available. There was one puzzle that was way too difficult as all of the clues were written randomly in 2 rooms. (There was no organization to finding the clues, you just had to keep looking randomly) I probably won't go back for the other rooms.
Gameplay
No, many of the puzzles were random and was mostly luck.
Atmosphere
They tried to make you feel like you were in Houdini's office, but the entire set was behind curtains, so you could hear everything else going on in the building.
Customer service
Staff were nice, but young.
