Zombie Rising

This is mostly Gen 1 puzzles, but the setting worked well for us. I liked the deliberately dark lighting (which made scaredy cat me ANXIOUS in a good way) and sound effects were 💯. Good linear puzzles using tight space well. Thanks to Ian for also being a kickass GM for us!

Enjoyed this room. Did this room with some of my co-workers, most who aren’t very familiar with escape rooms. Some unique puzzles, fun lighting and sounds. Our communication with our GM was hit and miss. Overall, this room was a fun idea, but the tech needs upgrades. We do want to come back and complete the other rooms in the future.

We went to this escape room for our Friendsgiving, and we had a great time. One thing I would recommend is to play with less people for a better experience. Since we had 9 players, we were scrambling around and bumping into one another through most of the escape room. The ideal number of players would be 4-6 people. The escape room itself felt like you were in a zombie apocalypse between the atmosphere, props, and set design. This would be an easy skill level for beginners and could easily be completed with 2 players.

Perfect for a large group of maybe 6. Any more than that it will be crowded. There’s some cool puzzles but I myself didn’t get to solve a lot because of a large group.

What a great time !!! First time at this escape room location. We played the Zombie room and it did not disappoint. It had an extra layer to the play which was really fun. We’ve done over 280 rooms and it’s great when we’re still stumped or surprised by a room. Extra thank you to Ty the game master. Couldn’t have been nicer. It’s important to us when game masters are into it too. Will definitely be back to do the rest of the rooms. Thank you

This is a family friendly horror escape room. The production was simple — nothing over the top. The puzzles were on the easier side and were satisfying to solve. It would be a lot better if there was a lot more depth. Hints were delivered through a speaker that was kinda hard to hear. Andrew was a great host. We had a fun conversation about escape rooms afterwards. Even though we were the last group of the night, we didn’t feel rushed to leave so that he could close out.

Disliked need I say less?

Good amount of fun puzzles and fear factor. There’s one very annoying puzzle (for me at least) but that doesn’t detract from the overall experience.

have done every room here and going into it we didn’t know it was their new “beginner room.” def easier than their other 3 rooms. felt the idea was cool being separated at the beginning and the room was fairly linear. not my fave but i can see it being fun for beginners.
