I read nice reviews about this game and company. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t really nice here. Gamemaster spoke only Spanish which is fine but didn’t reallt tried to communicate any other way. Everything was explained in Spanish even the hints. Game itself isn’t bad, but not good either. Some puzzles were not working properly and parts of the game were skipped for us. It supposed to be a 60min game. When we entered the clocked showed 53min counting down and the briefing still continued. When we asked about it she said something in Spanish that it’s okay. But overall it had some nice things.
Gameplay
Most of the puzzles were fine, but some puzzles didn’t work and we needed to position things real precise withouth the system working. Some puzzles the GM opened for us obviously at very bad time.
Atmosphere
Nice, famous music from hobbit.
Customer service
Be aware that the game is NOT in English. The gamaster welcomed us in Spanish, when I asked for English she told me no and since that time I was ignored by them. She said the game is in English just the speaking part isn’t. Well, the only part in English was a welcome letter which wasn’t even a hint. All hints were only in Spanish. Which wasn’t said at the beginning.
