Good, pretty easy. Puzzles are pretty basic. One tedious puzzle relating to a family tree. Overall vibe is sort of like their Scooby-Doo game, without their criminally underwhelming use of a beloved IP.

A bit perplexed by the overwhelming positive scores, as this is anything but a fun experience. Even if this is one of your first escape rooms, it’s not the kind of experience that would have you clamoring for more. Disjointed, obtuse leaps in puzzle “logic”, and a story that doesn’t quite reach its full potential. It wants to be Sherlock Holmes but leaves you feeling like Inspector Clouseau. Right out the gate, it’s engaging for about the first five minutes after the setup, before you realize nothing really connects in a logical fashion. And while it is very “linear” in how the puzzles progress, just how they progress doesn’t make a lot of sense (or is any fun). It’s a great theme, but it just feels needlessly obtuse and complex for the sake of it. One solution leads to another insanely drawn out puzzle. Not to mention the room needs a bit of a renovation. Everything feels worn, beat up, a bit old (but not in a way that’s on theme). Marks, knicks, dirt, damage, props that have seen better days, abuse of all kinds. This doesn’t feel like how it probably did many moons ago, and it shows. Between the frustrating and drawn out puzzles, and the lack of maintenance of the room, I can only really recommend this for hardcore enthusiasts and completionists.
Terrible flow, archaic feeling.
Mediocre
Hard
Hard but not because it was challenging. It was obtuse and needlessly complex/ridiculous how they connected “logic”.

Did not enjoy this room at all. We would have never made it out if it wasn’t for the continual clues that our team never once asked for.

This was not a room I enjoyed. The puzzles didn't feel satisfying to solve and the customer service was not great. The room was themed well but the story became lost as the game progressed.
Didn't flow well to me. Connections between puzzles seemed to require logic jumps.
Good set design.
Staff was welcoming at first but seemed to just want to get us out quickly at the end.

Wonderful, linear room! Easy and fun for intermediate Escapers with clear clues, a silly theme, and moderate to high theming.

This is the first room I did not escape. There were a lot of minor details that you needed to remember and yes you will need your whiteboard that is provided. Literally every little object it seemed was in play which was kinda sensory overload when trying to to solve the puzzles I had to ask for hints WAY too often because my group got stuck a lot! This room also had a lot of things broken when we played and didn’t “release” the next activity. Our game master had to come in once to help us progress because the safe wouldn’t open.
The puzzles were a little all over the place. It starts off well enough but then you have too many back and forth between the rooms
No special effects. This would have helped elevate the experience. But the design was immersive
The staff here was amazing
This is where it fell short for me. I feel like they were trying to do so much with very little

This was a very challenging room - it had a lot of easily missable small hints and clues. We definitely needed a lot of hints to complete it - not because it didn’t flow well but because of the amount of detail in the room with 2 people it is a little challenging.

The room felt clunky with unnecessary steps. Sometimes you needed a to find a key to unlock a box with another key. The puzzles seemed like they weren’t thought out very well either. Probably the weakest of the rooms I’ve played at that location.

These games are mediocre in my opinion, they are alright but over priced, better places in the areas.
It was alright, These games flow well and are mainly simple puzzle based
It was a nice atmosphere
Staff is nice
