15 escape rooms
This room was very fun. We really enjoyed the 80-'s theming. It was really cool how music was used as part of the game. I thought the room, although basic was well thought out.
Gameplay
It flowed well and the novelty was great.
Atmosphere
The clues were really cool. However, on about three occasions we were not even aware that we had solved the clue. When a clue opened it had no sound, or any indication that something had happened. We lost a lot of time not being aware that we had even solved it. Many times, we thought we didn't and moved on.
Customer service
Our GM was very friendly; however, he often was UNAVAILABLE. We were unable to get his attention when we were stuck. I get the feeling that they did not have enough GM's and that they were working many rooms at one time. This is unfortunate as this was the first time we had ever had that issue in an Escape Room.

The game was very interesting and was very fun.
Story
The plot was great and we really enjoyed the music that played along.

The hardest part is not knowing when you solved a puzzle. We often felt like nothing happened.

Easy to find location
No
Very difficult to find our GPS had us a building over. Once we found the correct building, there was virtually no signs indication where the location was. I honestly thought it had probably closed.
Parking
Easy
Parking is free in the parking garage in the back. Which is very surprising for this area. That was really cool. Parking on the street is very minimal.
