Die Zeitmaschine [The Time Machine]

Inexplicable power fluctuations cause the lights to flicker in Münster. The immense power consumption makes the authorities suspicious, investigations are made. The investigations lead to the apartment of a mechanical engineering student from Münster. In the middle of the room is a gigantic machine with a portal, but the student cannot be found. Did he escape through the portal to a parallel universe? Or just time travel? Are the investigators even dealing with a time paradox? The knowledge of extraordinary special forces is required here.
