It’s up to you to defeat this doctor—and his deadly mission. Dr. Walter Brandt is a high-ranking chemical weapons specialist for the US government, part of a secret department that is only recognized by a series of mysterious numbers and letters. He’s been developing powerful viruses capable of eradicating enemy forces with deadly accuracy, but now foreign powers have recruited him to develop a powerful virus capable of killing their enemies in hours. He has gone rogue and has become a threat to the US and potentially the entire human race. Now you and your team of scientists are tasked with investigating him and finding the only known antidote to virus TS-51 before it gets passed into enemy hands.

Unfortunately, my experience with this room was very poor. The room was not designed very well, in the sense that it looked like it took 20 minutes to decorate. There was one decent puzzle in the entire room, and the rest seemed like an afterthought. There was one puzzle that was pretty ambiguous and when we solved it, the solution was so I unsatisfying that it set the downhill experience into motion. There was a pretty big issue with colors in this room. The designers relied on the use of colored items to solve a puzzle but the colors didn't actually match. The game master didn't seem to be aware of this and it took me to the height of my frustration with this otherwise underwhelmingly simple room. Another puzzle had the potential to be a great puzzle but it was so poorly executed that it ended up adding frustration to the experience. It's okay for a beginner, I guess but I was totally unengaged from the cliche plot, to the uninspiring puzzles, to the puzzles that simply did not work well.

Room was too brightly little with few decorations. It honestly looked like it was slapped together as a school project.

Painful little game in a too-sterile environment with missing puzzle pieces and over reliance on the dreaded laminated papers.

Fun game, but the game master wasn't very attentive and took a while to get their attention when we needed them. Other than that, fun game.

Escapology is always a very solid choice. Beginner friendly and well designed. In our session though we did have another guest accidentally walk into our game which did throw us off but overall a fun experience.
