The Seed Of Hope

The Seed of Hope was a great game! Like the other games at The Sanctuary, it was very puzzle heavy. It’s also a very physical game, lots of running up and down stairs. We started in the foyer, and as the space gradually opened up, we spent a lot of time running back and forth. Puzzling was broken up with video tapes of the missing group. They were used to tell the story, but I felt they were intrusive and stopped the momentum of the game. Puzzles were fine, but the set is where this game really shines. Really one of the coolest rain effects I’ve ever seen. And that ending was just *chef's kiss* Overall, a definite must play in the OKC market. A very strong game in the powerhouse lineup that is The Sanctuary, even if you’re horror adverse. Not my favorite here, but a definite highlight of our trip.

Very rad room, large, lots going on at once. I’d recommend 4 people minimum with how much needs to be happening at the same time. You can tell a lot of care and passion went into making this room a very unique and thrilling experience. Loved it.

This is the MOST amazing escape room ever. I cannot recommend it more to anyone looking for some spooky fun!

If you’re looking for a very challenging and unique escape experience, this is the best Oklahoma City has to offer. The environment is extremely immersive, the puzzles while mathematically, not difficult are made for thinking out of the box with a little touch of common sense added that makes it a little more difficult than most escape rooms. However, the storyline and the flow of the room are made to involve you in your own paranormal investigation. Hands-down, the best room that I’ve ever had a chance to do and would recommend to anybody looking for a challenging escape experience.

Overall aesthetic is great. Room should be a minimum of 90 minutes for people to get through and not feel pressured to come back.

Ambiance was amazing. I have done way more than what my profile says in escape rooms (Morty app wasn’t around for a good part of my rooms). That being said the time allotted in this room is way too low. Apart from literally sprinting from place to place a team cannot time this. It does seem like a money grab sadly. I have done hundreds of escape rooms all over the US and GM’d award winning games. So I have a decent understanding of time needed.

It would hurt me inside to not give this room a heart but I really considered it (bad experience due to game-master and pricing strategy/play). It is a shame that most people will not see the amazing ending to this room. This is NOT a 75 minute experience. If this room were to be extended to 90 minutes it would surely be in the Terpeca award contention for many of us. It seems they are more focused on making players come back for a second go money grab rather then enjoyment of the game.

Wow!!! Loved this room. It does NOT disappoint! The amount of little unique details you’ll find as you play the game is stunning. My team and I kept pointing out things that were really impressive. I want to go back just to spend more time exploring the set! Loved the puzzles too.

Definitely a must play room. But do yourself a favor and play the other games first. Save this for last. Trust me
