Staff was very nice and got us into the room quickly. The room was very detailed and we made it through smoothly with a couple helpful hints. will be coming back!

Very detailed escape room, the GM and other staff were extremely helpful. Puzzles flowed seamlessly (as long as you know what you’re doing). This was the second room i’ve completed at Bates Motel and will be back for the rest.

The room was alright. The atmosphere was great and it was decorated very well. The puzzles were pretty linear, so this is not great for a group larger than 4.

Honestly a top 5 worst escape room for me. Needlesly dark, several broken puzzles, a mixture of backwards and logicless puzzles in a messy and strung together atmosphere make for a frustrating takeaway. It doesnt help that the staff were not only not helpful but impeded progress and gave 0 helpful hints. Overall, not worth time or money

Room was only okay. A lot of the room was unnecessarily dark and the puzzles didn’t flow as well as other rooms. Clues were not creative and some were just “do this next.” This room made me not want to go back to this location again
