This was a surprisingly cool room! So many pieces to this escape room were used to immerse you in the experience of a submarine battle ship. A lot of the puzzles were a bit tattered, but everything worked ok it seemed like. Our GM was enthusiastic and the owner was so kind enough to let my husband and I store our luggage in their control room for a bit before we jetted back to the other side of the country! Another different thing about this escape room is that they let you record and take pictures of your game!
Gameplay
It was fun and pretty straightforward! We didn't ask for any hints, though our GM nudged us a tiny bit for certain puzzles. Not everything flowed very intuitively and there were some hints or instructions around the room that kind of told you how to do the puzzle. Overall though, the game itself was fun to play and figure out!
Atmosphere
The set design was really neat to put you in the inner workings of a submarine.

Not the easiest to find as it kind of blends in with all the other buildings with the art, but I guess that's just part of the game to find to location π

There was a lovely, amiable dog that requested to be pettedβ¦Best welcome to an escape room company The room was well-designed as it had a submarine-like feel. I felt the puzzles flowed. The 3 of us enjoyed ourselves. Our friend had a very memorable introduction to escape rooms. Thank you

The puzzle themes were neat, but the staff was really low energy and the puzzles looked very old and not well maintained. The puzzles were labeled with how to solve them, which really took away from the experience and shows many things were not well designed. Puzzles were still fun, but at times we did not know if we had missed something in the room or if something was not working and needed to be brute forced.

Flowed well but not novel. Just like any other under water escape. However it was technically accurate.
Atmosphere
Was not immersive but everything was in theme. Many puzzles and decorations were worn down. Large do not touch stickers that couldβve been hidden to improve set design.
Customer service
Treated well but the staffs energy pulled me out of the game. Host were not excited to be there. We asked for one hint and they had to come in to try fixing something in the room. This was disruptive.

Fantastic room. I had a blast at this location. I did this room with my parents who have never done rooms before, and they had a blast! I will say though if you arenβt familiar with certain escape rooms you will struggle a bit most likely.

Such a cool set, lots of automation. A little overwhelming to start because of the intricate set design. Relatively linear room. Would highly recommend. Definitely need at least 2 people to complete some puzzles. One of the best Iβve played in the area as far as set design is concerned. Not super challenging, but definitely worth the experience. I think itβs a little pricy though, $40 per person plus tax.

Pretty neat story and incorporation of theme but overall not one of the better rooms weβve done . Some of the puzzles were poorly done. Challenging to properly come up with the answer because of puzzle imprecision rather than because itβs too challenging to figure it out. Many times labels spelled out what they want you to do. In a good escape room, you should be able to reach and figure out things organically with a riddle or context and not because a label tells you what to do. Some of the tech was cool. Our game master was nice.
