The Investigation Academy

We played with 8 players and I don't think it seemed too crowded even though the rooms are small. Since this is sold as kind of your final exam to enter the academy, there wasn't much of a storyline, but there was a good number of puzzles with good variety. Pretty standard set, but the puzzles were fun and were satisfying to solve.

Whoever made this room just threw puzzles in the room without thinking about the story. There also wasn’t a clear plot of why things were happening we just had to complete puzzles. It also felt like this room could have only been done in 60 minutes but they let you run it for 75 minutes probably because of the red herrings and the feeling of wanting to hit your head on the wall because you don’t know what to do next or why something is happening.

This room was so fun! Tons of interesting puzzles.

Loved this game! Owners are great! Lots of new and challenging experiences for us and we have been in multiple games. Will continue to play their games and might even revisit this game for a second time.
